The notice is sent to you as a Tiffany and Company credit card account holder ("account holder") to explain how we collect information about you, the types of information we may collect and what information we may disclose to our affiliates or others. Information about our account holders or their representatives is essential in order for us to provide credit card and related services. Our policy is the same for both current and former account holders.
The notice refers only to non-public personal information about you (such as your name, address and Social Security number), gathered in connection with your application for and use of a Tiffany & Co. credit card account ("information").
